Objective: To understand how to present customer quotes/polices in order to maximize close ratio and cross sell/upsell opportunities.
- “Apples to apples” quote scenario. Most clients will want this type of quote. To set ourselves apart and become a “trusted advisor” we should offer a full portfolio review that will include a comparison current coverage but will also show highlights and deficiencies with solutions.
