Objective: To understand how to present customer quotes/polices in order to maximize close ratio and cross sell/upsell opportunities.

  1. “Apples to apples” quote scenario. Most clients will want this type of quote. To set ourselves apart and become a “trusted advisor” we should offer a  full portfolio review that will include a comparison current coverage but will also show highlights and deficiencies with solutions.

  9. Know the highlights and discounts of the quotes you are presenting that set you apart from current coverage or other quotes they have received.
