Dear Premier Agency Owners,

I will be brief. Today we close out Q2! Over the next few weeks, we will see what the quarter has brought us results wise as an industry and individually. 

Next week we begin Q3 better armed with the tools and focus to help us optimize our situation in this market. 

And Next Week we start Q3 anew with some exciting Motivation and Incentivizing via the Premier Top Performance Contest which was featured in the Premier State of the State in June, attached. 

Directional Focus areas for the Contest, which runs July 1 through December 31st are:

1. More Telematics

2. More PL Account Rounding

3. More Retention

4. More CL Growth

5. Less Outliers and More Rate Adequacy

6. Lower PL Loss Ratios   

Where the Premier Top Performers will travel to, will be a stellar place, and include your significant other. Be it past destinations we’ve soaked in together, like the Riviera Maya in Cancun, the Four Seasons in Vail, The Bellagio in Vegas, or the Fontainebleau in Miami, or someplace new, it will be a fantastic trip! We certainly hope to see you there. Possibly Twenty to Thirty couples sharing ideas, having fun, relaxing, with all primary trip expenses paid for. It’s worth giving this your attention! (And the contest pays ongoing dividends to your agency, trip, or no trip…!)     

As June YTD results roll in, Additional Information, Support, and KPI Benchmarks & Goals for the 6 areas will come. To kick off the support, please read the article from Premier’s Director of PL Training and Operations, Eric Blakeman, which addresses the 1st three areas above as a kickstart. 

This is a solid foundational piece to focus on after you enjoy what we hope is a wonderful long weekend for everyone, and a chance to have fun with family and friends and recharge as we celebrate our Nation’s Independence on July 4th.
