Premier Group Insurance Announces New Head of Commercial Lines
Please join me in welcoming Matt Genova, CPCU, AAI, CIC, to the Premier Team to lead the charge in Commercial Lines as Director of Commercial Lines.
Matt is a roll up your sleeves type of executive having been a front line producer and working his way up to a leader in one of the West’s largest commercial lines agencies. Matt brings over a decade of agency management experience, with focus on team leadership, agency and carrier relationships, and operations. Matt will be a rocket booster in PGI’s plans to grow our commercial lines book to $250M in written premium over the next five years, as he brings a proven track record of success in growing books of business and optimizing results for all stakeholders. Matt is a true communicator and collaborator, and will work with PGI’s agent network to increase confidence and capabilities in commercial lines.
NOW is your time for commercial lines, friends, to diversify your portfolio product line! Matt will focus on providing the foundations for our agent network to succeed in commercial lines. The goal will be to provide our shared customers access to quick and easy solutions without sacrificing quality. Matt will work with our carrier partners to promote products that will be easy to write, easy to service, and lead to optimal client lifetime value.
Additionally, Matt will focus on the infrastructure to support the forecasted CL growth. He’ll develop workflows, procedures, and service teams that will maximize our efficiency and profitability, while at the same time offering our customers complete “same-day” solutions. He’ll also evaluate the ever evolving Insurtech landscape to ensure that our Premier agents have access to the best technological sales and service tools.
