This undoubtedly has been a profitable year for the industry. PGI and the PGI family of agents has out preformed in many circumstances year to date, as such.
Much of that is due to Covid (Billions of less miles are being driven). In addition to Covid we have seen great profit results with some new tools we have created in tandem with the carriers in the form of outlier algorithms and dashboards to understand faster, agency behaviors that, long term could cause profit temperatures. (You’ve seen these communications all year)
As the year comes to a close we take a long hard look at where the best compensation opportunities lie so we can help make you aware and point you towards some of the largest profit margin opportunities until year end.
Overwhelmingly, I would point you towards producing Nationwide personal lines New business until year end, where, as a group we are close to hitting a benchmark that has a significant payout for PGI agencies.
Because of our profitable year, we expect the end of Q1 to be a joyous time for many PGI agents that qualify for Profit share payouts. There will be much communicated about that as the year comes to a close and Year end numbers are finalized.
