09/15/2022 - Progressive Profit Share is Lining up nicely, BUT it needs money motivated Agency owners to give it attention.

The Components that make up the Profit share for Progressive are lining up fairly well Year to date. Having said that, there is a small growth component to the Profit Share agreement that we are just shy on. We need to drive 3% PIF growth between now and Year End. (That is going to require meaningful pushing in the right direction by all, while focusing on profitable, correctly written/defined risks as Loss Ratio is a component as well.)
I would ask everyone on copy to give Progressive an extra look and drive more business there for the next four months.
