This week’s guest is Charles McDade, the owner of McDade Insurance Brokerage Group LLC, in Houston, Texas. Before joining PGI he sharpened his insurance ax with State Farm and Liberty Mutual. In March 2020 Charles started his independent agency with PGI, and despite the curveball of covid, Charles has absolutely thrived in his new IA world. The focus of building an Independent Brokerage was simple, McDade Insurance Brokerage Group, LLC would be “Insurance Driven to Serve”.
