Because phishing and other password-theft scams are on the rise, businesses not using Multi-Factor Authentication are increasingly at risk. Two-Step Verification is a way to make the EZLynx user login process more secure. For your protection the Multi-Factor Authentication is no longer optional, users will automatically be forced to enroll. After 3 skips of enrollment, each user will be prompted to enroll a mobile number or email address for login verification. Any user with direct access to EZLynx will receive an email to enroll a mobile number and/or email address for this added layer of security.
Again, please take a moment to close this security loophole. In the end, all it takes is a simple username and password for someone (hopefully you) to access all your client data. That’s why Multi-Factor Authentication is so important.
