Premier Agency Owners, Agents, and Carrier, Broker, & Vendor Partners,
One of our very own, Johanna Hernandez, Premier’s Commercial Lines Manager is assuming new responsibilities with Premier effective Monday, May 4th. While Johanna will still be with Premier in her new role around Agency Development, that new role will take her fully out of commercial lines.
Rest assured Premier has plans to continue to provide you with a full array of deliverables for Commercial Lines. We wanted to give you this advance notice, however, because for so many of you, Johanna has been your go to person for so many years. She’s been witness to your growth, Premier’s growth, and her own growth as one of the best commercial professionals that Young, Shawn, and I have had the pleasure to work with. There is only one Johanna; and no one cares more about agent’s success, account by account, and our carrier relationships than Johanna! In her 10+ years with Premier she’s developed incredible friendships with you, and you with her. Feel free to give her a call or drop her a line to congratulate her! Hello PGI Agents,
I have to say the last 10 years here at PGI have been an amazing and unforgettable experience for me. I have had the pleasure of working alongside some great people here at our corporate office. I wanted to let you all know how great it’s been to work with you all. I have enjoyed collaborating, planning, and seeing your goals and dreams come to fruition. I have learned so much from our agents, and I have to thank you for challenging me and counting on us here at the PGI home office. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if there are any loose ends you would like me to tie up before I leave. I am happy to do so.
Carrier Reps, I will be leaving my commercial lines role effective 5/1/2020. As many of you know I am very passionate about commercial and I have enjoyed my tenure at PGI. I appreciate having the opportunity work with you and collaborate on many projects. I appreciate all of the support, guidance and encouragement you have provided me during my time here at PGI.
Even though I will greatly miss working with you all, I am looking forward to new challenges and endeavors.
I will be in touch as I will be assisting PGI with a special project, and will need your assistance (More information to come) I will also be in touch to ensure a smooth transition with our account executives.
